Yeah I really enjoyed the final episode of Appare-Ranman! Great finish. It was a fun show all the way through.

I enjoyed Tower of God quite a bit, but part of the reason why I liked it so much was honestly aesthetics. Even when it was dumb or confusing, it was always enjoyable to look at. God of High School did not impress me in the same way.

The bit of God of High School that I watched reminded me a bit of these Korean dramas that my wife like to watch. Too many characters, unnecessarily confusing story... I dunno, maybe it's just 'cause I saw the anime had a Korean director. I think the original author is Korean too. I am told that Korean shows have a reputation for being long and hard to follow

They almost had me fooled for a second there, though it did seem unlikely that they would actually kill off Kosame. I'm excited for the eventual showdown with Gil.

I was wondering if this season was going to be the end or if there is more story. Never read the manga so I didn't really know. But it does seem like it is building towards an ending. Very curious to see what will happen!

I think I'm going to drop the few new shows I picked up this season in favour of catching up on stuff I was sad to miss out on in recent seasons because I didn't have a Funi subscription. The things I will keep current with are Major 2nd, Digimon, and Fruits Basket. Major 2nd and Digimon are our Saturday and Sunday morning cartoons

Fruits Basket continues to be fantastic. I'm gonna be really bummed out when it ends God of High School is losing me. I am not a big fan of the aesthetics / character designs to begin with - the show just isn't that nice to look at for me - and I don't think I like the Persona-like thing that just happened.

Episode 2 of Deca-Dence was a pretty big let down I will watch a few more episodes because I haven't got anything else going on Wednesday nights... but I didn't like this twist after what the first episode was like. Maybe it will get better after things start to make more sense ... or maybe I'll still just be confused and disappointed

Huh. I saw that pop up on Crunchyroll this morning and figured I'd give it a go tonight. Sounds like it could be funny. Still gonna watch it anyway, but I will keep your not-so-good first impression in mind!

Deca-Dence premieres today. Just checked and episode #1 it's already there on Funimation. I'm looking forward to watching it tonight.

I thought the bike chase was great, I'll watch more. Should be fun. I just hope the story isn't too dumb and/or convoluted. Keep it simple plz.
